FEES & INSURANCE

My fee for 55 minute individual therapy sessions is $190.

I am in network with Aetna, so if you have that insurance I will bill them directly.

I am unable to provide care to Medicaid clients. Medicaid guidelines prohibits me from accepting private payment (even at reduced fees) from clients covered by Medicaid.

If you have out of network benefits with another insurance plan, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

If you are planning to use insurance, first call the customer service number on the back of your card to confirm that telehealth is covered and that I’m in network with your specific plan. Please also verify any copays, coinsurance, or deductible owed.

Payment is due at time of service.

Please remember that you, not the insurance company, are ultimately responsible for paying the fees that we agree upon.

Because therapy appointments are reserved for you, I require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. If you do not provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel, you will be charged the full session fee. Since insurance will not reimburse for missed sessions or late cancellations, you will be charged the full fee (not the copay).
